An Old Road Which Had Been Standing For , Many Years Was Being Reopened. the Road Had Arched Itself, and One Side an Open , Break Ran in the Coal Parallel With the Road. Deceased Had Tried to Pull With His Pick , Part of This Rate of Coal, But Failing to Do So Continued to Dress Off Sufficient to , Enable Him to Get A Setting of Timber In. Suddenly A Portion of the Rate Broke Off , and Knocked Deceased Down. He Fell on His Back Across the Rails, and Sustained A , Fractured Dislocation of the Spine, From Which He Died Too Days Later. the Rate , Should Have Been Got Off With A Bar
